By providing your phone number and opting in to GFDHub SMS messaging, you consent to receive text messages from GFDHub, including:
Message frequency varies based on your usage and the NFL schedule. During the regular season, you may receive multiple messages per week.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You can also opt out by emailing support@gfdhub.com.

Opting out of SMS messages does not cancel your GFDHub subscription. You will retain full access to the web-based AI OC at gfdhub.com.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g., Stripe transaction records, which are retained per Stripe's policies).
AI OC conversation history and Watchlist data are retained for up to 12 months to provide personalized context across sessions. You may request deletion of your conversation history or Watchlist data at any time by contacting support@gfdhub.com.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure database connections (PostgreSQL on Railway), and restricted access controls. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store credit card data on our servers. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security but take all reasonable precautions to protect your data.
GFDHub is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at support@gfdhub.com.
