By accessing or using GFDHub at gfdhub.com, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or opting in to SMS messaging, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use GFDHub.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Digital Marketing Gen, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a New York corporation. Your use of GFDHub constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

GFDHub is strictly an informational and entertainment service. All content, recommendations, analysis, and data outputs are provided solely for personal entertainment and general informational purposes. Nothing on GFDHub constitutes financial advice, investment advice, sports betting advice, or a guarantee of any outcome.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use GFDHub. By using GFDHub, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
To access PRO features, you must create an account with a valid email address and purchase a subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@gfdhub.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not create accounts for others without their permission or create multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions.
GFDHub PRO is available as a one-time seasonal purchase:
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the stated amount. All prices are in USD.
The Full Season Pass is a one-time charge. There is no automatic renewal. You will not be charged again without explicitly purchasing a new season pass.
Your PRO access activates immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
Pre-season refund guarantee: If you are not satisfied with GFDHub for any reason, contact us at support@gfdhub.com before September 9, 2026 (NFL Week 1 kickoff) and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
No refunds will be issued on or after September 9, 2026, regardless of remaining season length. The NFL season start date is a clear, objective line — once the season begins, the full value of the product is in active use. Refunds are not issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with recommendations, fantasy outcomes, or player performance — these are inherently uncertain and outside our control. To request a refund, email support@gfdhub.com with your purchase email and order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Read this section carefully. By using GFDHub, you acknowledge and agree to all of the following:
GFDHub's lineup assistant generates all recommendations, analysis, start/sit calls, draft advice, waiver suggestions, and player commentary using automated technology. These systems are inherently imperfect and can produce inaccurate, outdated, or misleading outputs.
GFDHub recommendations are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not professional sports advice, financial advice, investment advice, or sports wagering advice of any kind. GFDHub is not a licensed financial advisor, registered investment advisor, or sports betting consultant.
You acknowledge that: (a) recommendations may be factually incorrect; (b) player statistics, injury information, and roster data may be inaccurate or outdated; (c) historical accuracy metrics are not a guarantee of future performance; (d) no system can predict the inherently unpredictable nature of live sports; and (e) you are solely responsible for independently verifying any information provided by GFDHub before acting on it.
You expressly waive any claim against Digital Marketing Gen, Inc. arising from your reliance on GFDHub content, including but not limited to claims related to fantasy league outcomes, sports wagering losses, or any other financial loss.
GFDHub offers an optional SMS-based lineup assistant. By providing your phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from GFDHub, including lineup recommendations and NFL updates.
All SMS-delivered content is subject to the same disclaimer in Section 7 above. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your GFDHub PRO subscription. All web-based features remain available.
GFDHub's SMS service is provided via Telnyx. Compatible carriers include all major US carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.
GFDHub is not a sports betting service. We do not facilitate, recommend, or encourage sports wagering of any kind.
GFDHub may provide player performance data, snap counts, target share statistics, and matchup analysis that users may choose to reference for their own personal research. The provision of such data does not constitute a wagering recommendation, and GFDHub expressly disclaims any responsibility for wagering decisions made by users.
Any use of GFDHub content in connection with sports wagering is entirely at your own risk and is your sole responsibility. You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding sports wagering in your jurisdiction. GFDHub makes no representations regarding the legality of sports wagering in your location.
Digital Marketing Gen, Inc. is not liable for any wagering losses, financial losses, or damages of any kind arising from your use of GFDHub content in connection with sports betting, daily fantasy sports contests with entry fees, or any other activity involving real-money outcomes.
You agree to use GFDHub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

GFDHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We expressly disclaim all warranties with respect to:
Sports data is sourced from third-party providers including ESPN and Tank01/RapidAPI. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, delays, or omissions in third-party data.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Marketing Gen, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any:
These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if Digital Marketing Gen, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the total amount you paid us — in most cases, $29.97. This cap applies to all claims in the aggregate, not per claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Digital Marketing Gen, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
All content, design, code, branding, and analysis on GFDHub is owned by or licensed to Digital Marketing Gen, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from GFDHub content without written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as roster information). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely to provide the service.
GFDHub integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Telnyx (SMS), Anthropic (technology), ESPN (sports data), Tank01/RapidAPI (player data), and Google Analytics (analytics). Your use of these integrations is also subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or practices of any third-party service provider.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue GFDHub at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes. If we permanently discontinue the service before January 31, 2027, we will provide a pro-rated refund based on remaining days in the season. Temporary outages, maintenance windows, and feature changes do not constitute discontinuation and do not entitle you to a refund.
NFL schedule changes, player transactions, injuries, and third-party data availability are outside our control and do not constitute a basis for refunds beyond our stated pre-season policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of GFDHub shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@gfdhub.com and allow us 30 days to attempt resolution informally.
To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising under these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose, or it is permanently barred.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital Marketing Gen, Inc. regarding GFDHub and supersede all prior agreements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of GFDHub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
